Radio Broadcast – As of January 1, 2012 the cost for the live broadcast of our 8:00 am worship service on KLGR  FM 97.7 has increased to $60.00 per Sunday.  If you wish to sponsor the full amount to broadcast a service or give a partial offering to help cover the cost of a service just send your information to the church office (in memory of a loved one or in honor of an event).  It is our prayer that this important part of our ministry will continue to be a blessing to our members and to our community.

MLC Volleyball

MLC volleyball tournament information - Men’s tournament Saturday, March 17 and Women’s Saturday, March 24, deadline to register is February 15.  Contact Nathan Scharlemann at 320-579-0413 for the registration information if you are interested in setting up a team.

 
 
Capital Campaign

Has it been three years already?  On March 15, 2009 the members of St. John observed a “Celebration Sunday” where we committed to give $1.1 million toward the construction of St. John School.  On March 18, 2012 we will ask for God’s blessing on our renewed financial commitment toward this part of our ministry.  Look for more information in the weeks ahead.

 
 
TIME IN THE WORD

COFFEE AND THE WORD - Calfiend Bible Study now meets on Wednesdays at 6:30 a.m. We gather at Calfiend coffee shop on Second Street to discuss the Scripture lessons for the coming weekend’s worship services.  What an excellent way to prepare for worship!
